  一、准备工作1、搭设前施工员应按脚手架搭拆方案的要求,对架子工进行安全技术交底。

  1、 Preparation work 1: Before installation, the construction worker should provide safety technical instructions to the scaffolding workers according to the requirements of the scaffolding installation and dismantling plan.

  2、按照《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》(JGJ130-2011)中构造要求,决定脚手架步距等等,具体部署搭设步骤。

  2. According to the construction requirements of the "Technical Code for Safety of Steel Pipe Scaffolding with Fasteners in Construction" (JGJ130-2011), determine the scaffold step spacing and other specific deployment and installation steps.

  3、材料准备:对进场的钢管、扣件、脚手架、安全网等进行检查验收。

  3. Material preparation: Inspect and accept the incoming steel pipes, fasteners, scaffolding, safety nets, etc.

  3.1搭设脚手架全部采用ф48mm,壁厚3.5mm的钢管,悬挑型钢采用16#工字钢,其质量符合现行标准规定。

  3.1 All scaffolding shall be constructed using steel pipes with a diameter of ф 48mm and a wall thickness of 3.5mm. The cantilever steel shall be 16 # I-beam, and its quality shall comply with the current national standards.

  3.2脚手架钢管的尺寸、横向水平杆长度2.2m,其它杆长度为6.5 m,每根钢管的质量不小于25KG。

  3.2 The size of the scaffold steel pipe, the maximum length of the horizontal bar is 2.2m, the maximum length of other bars is 6.5m, and the maximum mass of each steel pipe is not less than 25KG.

  3.3钢管表面平直光滑,无裂缝、结疤、分层、错位、硬弯、毛剌、压痕和深的划痕。

  3.3 The surface of the steel pipe is straight and smooth, without cracks, scars, delamination, misalignment, hard bending, burrs, indentations, and deep scratches.

  3.4钢管上严禁打孔,钢管在便用前先涂刷防锈漆。

  3.4 It is strictly prohibited to drill holes on steel pipes. Steel pipes should be coated with anti rust paint before use.

  3.5扣件材质必须符合《钢管脚手架扣件》(GB15831-2006)规定。

  3.5.1新扣件具有生产许可证,法定检测单位的测试报告和产品质量合格证。对扣件质量有怀疑时,按现行规定标准《钢管脚手架扣件》(GB15831-2006)规定抽样检测。对不合格品禁止使用。

  3.5.1 The new fasteners have a production license, a test report from a legal testing unit, and a product quality certificate. When there is doubt about the quality of fasteners, sampling and testing shall be carried out in accordance with the current national standard "Steel Pipe Scaffold Fasteners" (GB15831-2006). The use of non-conforming products is prohibited.

  3.5.1旧扣件使用前,行质量检查,有裂缝、变形的严禁使用,出现滑丝的螺拴进行更换处理。

  3.5.1 Before using old fasteners, quality inspection should be carried out first. Those with cracks or deformations are strictly prohibited from use, and bolts with slipping threads should be replaced.

  3.5.1新、旧扣件均进行防锈处理。

  3.5.1 Both new and old fasteners shall undergo rust prevention treatment.

  3.6脚手片用毛竹脚手片或木板,无发霉、腐蚀。

  3.6 Use bamboo or wooden planks for the scaffolding, without mold or corrosion.

  3.7密目式安全网必须有建设主管部门认证的产品。

  4、搭设场地准备:根据脚手架搭设高度、搭设场地土质情况与坚实平整,不积水,砼硬化。经验收合格后,按方案的要求放线定位。

  4. Preparation for setting up the site: Based on the height of the scaffold, the soil condition of the site, and its solidity and flatness, without water accumulation, and with hardened concrete. After passing the acceptance inspection, lay out and position according to the requirements of the plan.

  4.1脚手架地基与基础的施工,根据脚手架搭设高度,原土或回填土必须事行夯实(地基能承受0.8kg/c㎡的压力),根据现行标准<<地基与基础工程施工及验收规范>>(J202)做好脚手架地基与基础的施工要求,后用C20砼浇筑厚度不小于10cm硬化,2m平面沿杆基础周边位置,基础和能承受上澡结构荷载。

  4.1 Construction of Scaffold Foundation and Foundation: According to the height of the scaffold, the original soil or backfill soil must be compacted in advance (the foundation can withstand a pressure of 0.8kg/c ㎡). According to the current national standard<Code for Construction and Acceptance of Foundation and Foundation Engineering>(J202), the construction requirements for scaffold foundation and foundation must be met.   4.2脚手架底面标高高于自然地坪50mm。

  4.3立杆基础外侧设置截面20cm×20cm的排水沟。

  5、架子工应持有效的特种作业人员操作证上岗作业。必须戴好安全帽、佩安全带、必须穿鞋,严禁穿塑料底鞋,皮鞋等硬底易滑的鞋子登高作业。操作工具及小零件要放在工具袋内,扎紧衣袖口,领口以及裤腿口,以防钩挂发生危险。

  5. Scaffolders should hold valid special operation personnel operation certificates to work. It is necessary to wear a safety helmet, seat belt, and shoes. It is strictly prohibited to wear shoes with plastic soles, leather shoes, or other hard soles that are prone to slipping when working at heights.   二、脚手架设计尺寸

  2、 Scaffold design dimensions

  1、脚手架底步距为2m,其余每步为1.8m.

  2、立杆纵距为1.5m,横距为1.2m.

  三、斜道搭设标准

  3、 Standards for the construction of ramps

  上下人行通道可附着在建筑物设置,也可附着在脚手架外侧设置,但搭设通道的杆件必须独立设置。架高6m以下宜采用一字型斜道,架高6m以上宜采用之字型斜道。

  The pedestrian walkway can be attached to the building or the outside of the scaffold, but the members of the walkway must be independently installed. A straight shaped ramp should be used for frames below 6 meters in height, and a zigzag ramp should be used for frames above 6 meters in height.

  斜道构造应符合下列要求:

  四、纵向、横向水平杆、脚手板、防护栏杆、踢脚杆

  1、纵向水平杆设置在立杆内侧,其长度不小于3跨。纵向水平杆接长采用对接扣件连接,交错布置,两根相邻纵向水平接头设置相互错开不小于500mm,各接头中心近主节点的距离不大于纵距的1/3。

  2、纵向搭接长度不小于1米,并等间距设置3个旋转扣件固定,端部扣件盖板边缘搭接纵向水平杆杆端的距离不小于100mm。

  3、纵向水平杆的各节点处采用直角扣件固定在横向水平杆上。

  6、脚手片底层满铺,中间每隔三层,操作层的上下层都必须满铺。

  五、立杆

  5、 Vertical pole

  1、每根立杆垂直稳放在垫板上。

  2、脚手架里立杆距离墙体净距为20cm,大于20cm处的须铺设站人脚手片,并设置平稳牢固。

  3、脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆采用直角扣件固定在距离底座上不大于200处的立杆上。横向扫地杆亦采用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆下方的立杆上。当立杆基础不在同一高度上时,必须将高处的纵向扫地杆向低处延伸长两跨与立杆固定,高低差不小于1m,靠边坡上方的立杆轴线到边坡的距离不小于500mm。

  3. Scaffolding must be equipped with vertical and horizontal sweeping rods. The vertical sweeping pole is fixed to the upright pole at a distance of no more than 200 from the base using right angle fasteners. The horizontal sweeping rod is also fixed to the upright rod immediately below the vertical sweeping rod with right angle fasteners.   4、立杆必须用连墙件与建筑物可靠连接。

  ②、搭接长度不应小于1m,应采用不小于2个旋转扣件固定,端部扣件盖板的边缘杆端距离不应小于100mm。

  六、连墙件

  6、 Wall connecting components

  1、连墙件数量的设置,坚向间距为每层,横向间距为4跨。

  1. The number of wall connecting components is set with a vertical spacing of each layer and a horizontal spacing of 4 spans.

  2、连墙件的布置。

  2. Arrangement of wall connecting components.

  ①宜靠近主节点设置,偏离主节点的距离不应大于300mm。

  ②应从底层步纵向水平杆处开始设置。

  ③宜优先采用菱形布置,也可采用方形,矩形布置。

  ④一字型、开口型脚手架的两端必须设连墙杆,连墙件的垂直距不应大于建筑物的层高,并不应大于4m(2步)。

  ④ The two ends of the straight and open scaffolding must be equipped with wall connecting rods, and the vertical distance between the wall connecting members should not exceed the height of the building and should not exceed 4m (2 steps).

  ⑤采用刚性连墙件与建筑物可靠连接,可采用Φ12钢筋预埋或砼中,钢筋与钢管焊接配合使用的附墙连接方式。

  七、门洞

  7、 Door opening

  脚手架门洞宜采用上升斜杆,平行弦杆桁结构形式,钭杆与地面的倾角a应在45°~60°之间。门洞桁架的形式宜按下列要求确定:

  1、当步距(h)小于纵距(La)时,应采用A型。

  八、剪刀撑、安全网

  8、 Scissor braces, safety nets

  1、每道剪刀撑跨越立杆的根数6根(小于9m)。

  2、与地面的倾角宜在45°~60°之间。

  6、一字型、开口型双排脚手架的两端均必须设置横向斜撑,中间宜每隔6跨设置一道。

  7、脚手架外侧必须用建设主管部门认证的合格的密目式安全网封闭,且应将安全网固定在脚手架外立杆里侧,应用18#铅丝张持严密。

  九、避雷装置

  9、 Lightning protection device

  1、脚手架顶部高于2m,四角设置(长度大于35m,应中间设几根)避雷针。

  1. The top of the scaffold should be higher than 2 meters, and lightning rods should be installed at the four corners (with a length greater than 35 meters, several should be installed in the middle).

  2、用16mm2黄绿双色铜芯线作引下线,途中用磁瓶,导线绑扎。

  2. Use 16mm2 yellow green dual color copper core wire as the down conductor, and tie it with magnetic bottles and wires along the way.

  3、接地装置的接地线应采用三根导体,在不同点与接地体作电气连接,垂直接地体应采用5×50角钢、Φ48钢管或Φ22圆钢,长度2.2m,不得采用螺纹钢,接地电阻不大于4Ω。

  3. The grounding wire of the grounding device should use three conductors and be electrically connected to the grounding body at different points.   十、拆除方案及要求

  10、 Demolition plan and requirements

  1、外架拆除前应由单位工程负责人召集有关人员对架子工程进行检查与签证确认,建筑物施工完毕,且不需要使用时,脚手架方可拆除。

  1. Before dismantling the external scaffolding, the person in charge of the unit project should convene relevant personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection and visa confirmation of the scaffolding project. The scaffolding can only be dismantled after the construction of the building is completed and no longer in use.

  2、拆除脚手架应设置警戒,张挂醒目的警戒标志,禁止非操作人员通行和地面施工人员能行,并有专人负责警戒。

  2. When dismantling scaffolding, warning signs should be set up and prominently displayed to prohibit non operators from passing and ground construction personnel from doing so. A dedicated person should be responsible for guarding.

  3、长立杆、斜杆的拆除应由二人配合进行,不宜单独作业,下班时应检查是否牢固,必要时应加设临时固定支撑,防止意外。

  3. The dismantling of long vertical poles and diagonal poles should be carried out by two people in coordination, and should not be done alone. When leaving work, it should be checked for firmness, and temporary fixed supports should be added if necessary to prevent accidents.

  4、拆除外架前应将通道口上的存留材料杂物,按自上而下先装后拆,后装先拆的顺序。

  5、拆除顺序为:安全网→踢脚杆→防护栏杆→剪刀撑→脚手片→搁栅杆→连墙杆→大横杆→小横杆→立杆,自上而下拆除,一步一清,不得采用踏步式拆除,不准上、下同时作业。

  5.   6、如遇强风、雨、雪等气候,不能进行外架拆除。

  7、拆卸的钢管与扣件应分类堆放,严禁高空抛掷。

  十一、安全质量要求

  11、 Safety and quality requirements

  1、扣件式双排钢管脚手架搭设一般顺序是:里立杆→外立杆→小横杆→大横杆→扫地杆→脚手片→防护栏杆和踢脚杆→连墙杆→安全网。

  1. The general sequence for setting up a double row steel pipe scaffold with fasteners is: inner upright pole → outer upright pole → small horizontal pole → large horizontal pole → sweeping pole → footrest piece → protective railing and kickboard pole → wall connecting pole → safety net.

  2、脚手架必须配合施工进度搭设,一次搭设高度不应超过相邻连墙件以上二步,保证搭设过程中和稳定性。

  2. Scaffolding must be erected in accordance with the construction schedule, and the height of one erection should not exceed two steps above the adjacent connecting wall components to ensure stability during the erection process.

  3、脚手架搭设中累计误差超过允许偏差,难经纠正,每搭完一步脚手架后,按规定校步距、纵距、横距、立杆的垂直度。

After each step of scaffolding construction, the step distance, longitudinal distance, transverse distance, and verticality of the uprights should be calibrated according to regulations.

  4、竖立杆时应由两人配合操作。大、小横杆与立杆连接时,也必须两人配合。

  5、当有六级及六级以上大风和雾、雨或雪雨、雪天气时,应停止脚手搭设作业。雨、雪后上架作业应注意防滑,并采取防滑措施。

  6、非操作层脚手架上严禁堆放材料,且必须保持清洁,操作层脚手架上材料堆放不能集中,不能超高,堆放要稳固,每的堆放不得超过300kg,工作完成后及时干净。

  7、脚手架搭设后由施工企业组织分段验收(一般不超过3步架),办理验收手续。验收表中应写明验收的部位,内容量化,验收人员履行验收签字手续。验收不合格和,应在整改完毕后重新填写验收表。脚手架验收合格并挂合格牌后方可使用。

  7. After the scaffolding is erected, the construction enterprise shall organize segmented acceptance (generally not exceeding 3 steps) and handle the acceptance procedures. The acceptance form should specify the parts to be accepted, quantify the content, and require the acceptance personnel to complete the acceptance signature procedures. If the acceptance is not qualified, the acceptance form should be filled out again after the rectification is completed. The scaffold can only be used after passing the acceptance inspection and hanging a qualified sign.
