围挡安装方法及施工:施工围挡通常用于道路改造，建设，楼盘现场施工及房地产项目，围挡主体结构为钢结构，多数情况下以角钢焊接的方笼为主立柱，在一些特殊路段也有用矩形管、球形网件等连接，地基浇筑大小受施工现场土质、受风大小影响。面板部分主要用镀锌板封面，还有部分用彩钢板，此种工艺围挡高度2~8米，画面及照明设施，一般与甲方协商，喷涂企业名称、安全、质量、文明施工用语及开发项目商业广告，严禁张贴、涂写垃圾广告。彩钢围挡效率高、机动灵活，快速拆装简单快捷牢固。全新，可反复拆装使用，甚可100%回收利用。占用空间小，使用寿命长，经济实用、很有效的降低了工程围挡建设的成本。施工围挡采用钢管及彩钢板等材料，具体施工方法如下：

　　(2)立柱及横杆的设置：沿施工区及临舍周边每3.15米设置一根立柱，要求立柱为80*80壁厚0.8钢管，每支长2.5米。立柱下座为50cm×50cm×50cm的C25砼基础，钢柱底板四角采用膨胀螺栓与混凝土基础连接固定。

　　(3)挡墙的设置：用彩钢板和U型槽管组成框架，在长向加设一道横撑，将彩钢板用自攻螺丝固定在U型槽架上，要求必须牢固;然后用8#镀锌铁丝将做好成片的彩钢围挡固定在横杆上;为防止大风影响，考虑每片彩钢围挡间隔10cm，以增加围挡墙的整体抗风性。

　　(4)围挡的支撑：为了围挡墙的牢固性，防止被风吹倒，每间隔6m设置一道钢管斜撑;斜撑上部用架扣固定在横杆上，底部将底板用膨胀螺丝固定。

　　(4) Support of enclosure: a steel pipe slant support is set every 6m to ensure the firmness of the enclosure wall and prevent it from being blown down by the wind; The upper part of the slant support is fixed on the cross bar of the top layer with a frame buckle, and the bottom plate is fixed with expansion screws.

　　(5)围挡施工完毕，板与板之间衔接平顺，直线要在一条直线上;板与板不得留有缝隙，即在场外不能看见场内施工。围挡沿线设置红灯或者隔断用安全反光锥用于夜间警示。
